2GIS service is back in the App Store
In September last year, 2GIS disappeared from the App Store due to the introduction of previously Western sanctions against Sberbank, which owns 72% of the shares of this service. It is interesting to note that at the moment the sanctions against the bank have not been lifted, but the application was somehow returned. This is not even a clone: the card indicates the same developer with the “nose” name and history of versions. If you have a 2GIS installed on the iPhone and you will follow the link, the system will offer to open it, not download.
Unfortunately, all user reviews have disappeared, and the application has not yet been indexed in the App Store search: when entering the name, it does not appear in the shopify website design first position. Try to find 2GIS in the App Store yourself - note that Yandex.maps and even Maps are displayed at the top of the page. However, it has already returned to the leading places in the category of "Navigation" and occupies the 4-th position there, which means that the appearance on the top of the list of results is only a matter of time.

It is also unclear whether 2GIS will be removed from the App Store again: Apple has returned the original application, as it happened with VK services, which means 2GIS is probably no longer going to disappear from the catalog. However, the App Store returned 2GIS in a seven-month build, but the developers during this time managed to prepare the update. It will be released in the near future, as reported by the company in its Telegram channel. Even those who have installed the service before it are deleted will be able to be updated.
